وقع مركز باحثي الإمارات بدبي وكلية المدينة الجامعية أول من أمس بمقر الكلية بعجمان، مذكرة تفاهم، تنص على ضرورة تعزيز وتقوية مجالات التعاون في منظومة البحث العلمي على المستوى المؤسسي في دولة الإمارات، مما يدعم المختصين في المجال وطلبة الجامعة، وقّع المذكرة الدكتور فراس حبال رئيس مركز باحثي الإمارات، والأستاذ عمران خان رئيس كلية المدينة الجامعية بعجمان، بحضور  الشيخ عبدالله المعلا، خالد علي عضوا مجلس الأمناء بمركز باحثي الامارات ،  دكتور فواز حبال رئيس مجموعة جيمنوس، ياسر المصري المدير التنفيذي للمجموعة و كارلا سركيس مطورة الاعمال التنفيذية بالمركز, دكتور محمد عميرة نائب رئيس كليه المدينة الجامعية بعجمان، سلمي سيناران رئيسة قسم التسجيل بالكلية، دكتورة بسنت عيادة مديرة إدارة البحث العلمي و نائبة رئيس العلاقات العامة.

من جانبه، أكد دكتور فراس حبال، أن مذكرة التفاهم مع كلية المدينة الجامعية ما هي إلا خطوة أولى على طريق الشراكة الناجحة ونتطلع خلال الفترة المقبلة الي تحقيق اقصي استفادة منها من أجل مساهمتها في تطوير مجال البحث العلمي في الدولة، مبديا سعادته بكافة الأفكار التي تم طرحها بين الطرفين خلال الاجتماع والتي ستعود بالنفع والفائدة على المجال بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة صاحبة الباع الطويل والتميز بين كافة دول العالم.

بدوره، أوضح الاستاذ عمران خان، أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم والتعاون مع مركز باحثي الإمارات يؤسس لعلاقات مميزة بين الطرفين ويوسع القاعدة المعرفية للاستفادة من خبرة الطرفين في كافة المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، مبيناً أن التعاون سوف يسهم بشكل كبير في تطوير رؤى وخطط مستدامة تخدم رسالة البحث العلمي، وتطبق رؤية القيادة الرشيدة لدولة الإمارات من أجل المساهمة في بناء اقتصاد قوي قائم على المعرفة.

Memorandum of Understanding between Emirates Research Center and City University College of Ajman

Emirates Scholar Research Center in Dubai and City University College signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday 29th of September at the college’s headquarters in Ajman, stipulating the need to strengthen the areas of cooperation in the scientific research at the institutional level in the UAE, which supports the  specialists and the students at the University. The memorandum was signed by Dr. Firas Habbal, President Emirates Scholar Research Center, and Mr. Imran Khan, President of City University College of Ajman, in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah Al Mualla, and Khalid Ali, members of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Scholar Research Center, Dr. Fawaz Habbal, President of Geminos Group, Yasser Al Masri, CEO of the group, and Carla Sarkis, Business Development Executive at the Center, Dr. Muhammad Amira Vice President of City University College of Ajman, Salma Sinaran, Head of the Registration Department at the college, and Dr. Basant Iyada, Director of the Department of Scientific Research and Vice President of Public Relations.

For his part, Dr. Firas Habbal stressed that the memorandum of understanding with City University College is only a first step on the path to a successful partnership, and that they look forward during the coming period to making maximum use of it in order to contribute to the development of the field of scientific research in the country, expressing his happiness with all the ideas that have been implemented. He put it forward between the two parties during the meeting, which will benefit the field in the United Arab Emirates, which has a long history and distinction among all countries of the world.

In turn, Mr. Imran Khan explained that the signing of the memorandum of understanding and cooperation with the Emirates Scholar Research Center establishes distinguished relations between the two parties and expands the knowledge base to benefit from the experience of the two parties in all areas of common interest, indicating that the cooperation will contribute significantly to developing sustainable visions and plans that serve the research mission, and implement the vision of the wise leadership of the UAE in order to contribute to building a strong knowledge-based economy.
